Autograph Letter Signed by Andrew Jacob Cohen who was born in South Carolina, served as a captain in the Regular Army during the Civil War before dying in 1890. The letter is 1p. octavo, pencil, May 5, 1863, Head Quarters 1st Cav. Division, and reads “The General commanding directs that you move your 2 battiers at once to Falmouth reporting there in person to Gen. Pleasonton...” VG.
