Partly-printed Document Signed, 1p. quarto, February 17, 1809, being an order to the Sheriff of Cumberland County, Massachusetts, to “attach the goods or estate of Daniel Gammon..to the value of two hundred Dollars...to answer to Jonathan Webb...” for a debt he owed Webb. With attached manuscript invoice. Signed at the bottom by Samuel Freeman (1743-1831) member of the provincial congress in 1775, and clerk of courts from 1775 to 1820, and by Stephen Longfellow (1775-1849), attorney and member of Congress. Fine.
