Major classifications for seats "UP STAIRS" and "DOWN STAIRS" and each of those categories subdivided and classed as "1'st, 2'nd & 3'rd class seats" with prices and fees graduated accordingly. Specifies how seats are to be awarded, retained, used; those unpurchased to be later auctioned. Printed footnote below the name of "Charles J. Cohen, Parnas" (Pres.) reads "ISRAELITES IN THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA INVITED TO BECOME SEAT HOLDERS." Exc.+ condition. Rare; no copy located or listed in "Singerman" biblio.
