A rare pair of post-War of 1812 era partly-printed 1820 payroll documents for Adjutant Walter Smith and 1st Lt. John A. Webber, 1st Regiment of Light Artillery, being their separate pay rolls, which includes pay for their black servants who is are described as "black". Two rare, early military servant forms. VG.
