Autograph Document Signed, "S. Titus Warner" 1p. quarto, Middlesex County Court, November Term 1794, addressed to the Treasure of the State of Connecticut, and reads "Please to pay Samuel W. Dana, State Attorney for the county of Middlesex, the sum of seven pounds, seven shillings, & six pence lawful money, being for costs taxed on a public prosecution against Elijah Bone." Docketed on verso by John Porter State comptroller 1793-1806. As well as by Lt. Colonel Samuel Canfield (1756-1814) Silversmith and sheriff. Fine.
