Although this boldly printed 5 x 9 bright yellow sheet is only the paper cover (lacking its 8 page pamphlet) it is directly related to Lincoln in the Civil War and does make a fine display item of American Judaica; the title "TRAUER-REDE" [Funeral Oration] Delivered on 19 April, 1865 [for Abraham Lincoln] …in Temple Keneseth Israel Philadelphia by Dr. David Einhorn" (all in German fancy typeset). Published Philadelphia by Stein & Jones 1865 (Singerman Biblio No. 1885). Tiny chips extreme edge of blank top margin; very narrow strip out extreme left margin near center; one small chip in blank area and slight glue mark obscuring part of the letter "a" only.
