Turned wooden chalice, 4-1/2” high, 1-3/4” diameter at base. Fine condition. From the John S. Reigart Collection of Historical American Relics. Handwritten by Reigart on a circular label affixed at bottom: “[P]iece of the / U.S. Frigate / Constitution / Launched / S[ept] 20. 1797.” Light staining and rubbing on label.
