General Stamps of Confederacy States of America." The stamps consist of (a) PAID 5 Memphis Tenn. (b) Paid 2 CENTS M.C. Gallaway (c) CSA Scott #11b, 1863 10c dark blue Davis. Presented in small frame. President Jefferson Davis had appointed John Henninger Reagan on March 6, 1861 as Postmaster.
