A post war example of the third national flag of the Confederacy, also known as the 'Blood-Stained Banner', circa 1900, likely flown at an event for the UCV (United Confederate Veterans), cotton construction , 24" x 14". The flag is presented in an older frame, flag is top-mounted to matt.
