Erasmus Darwin Keyes (May 29, 1810 - October 14, 1895) was a businessman, banker, and military general, noted for leading the IV Corps of the Union Army of the Potomac during the first half of the American Civil War. Autograph Letter Signed "Yours in haste, E.D. Keyes, Brig. General, Commd 4th Corps", 1pp. undated, in pencil. In full, You must establish your men where you are for the night. You must watch the river all the way from Smith's left to the mouth of Warwick River. Peck is from the mouth up to this.
