The report details the status of 40 soldiers, 8 returned to duty, 7 sent to the hospital, strength of regiment 754. The report was prepared and signed by Sal. P. Smith, 2nd Regt. PHB Md, Vol. and directed to Surg. G.W. Kellog, Medical Director Harpers Ferry. Repaired fold split.
