Preprinted, 3-3/4" x 3", using variable type sizes making it a handsome document. The pass is issued, February 17, 1864, to E.J. Young, for "Inside the Fort and Return, Good for one day, by Command of Major General BUTLER.' It is wet stamped by John Cassels, (11th Pa. Cavalry) Provost Marshal.
