VG....plus; Partly-printed Document Signed, being a power of attorney document where Stephen Upson appoints J. Milligen to be his attorney in purchasing said stocks from the Georgia Rail Road and Banking Company. This bank has recently been in the news as being a slave holding bank and loaning money on them as collarteral. Now a part of Wachovia securities.
