Battalion...” was charged with being “drunk and disorderly on ‘dress parade’ and in camp...” though found guilty Youngblood had his sentence “remitted, and he will be restored to duty” VG...plus; General Orders No. 132, 135, and 137, concerning the conscription of cadets and men into the army and their employment in doing various non-combative work.
