R. Cameron Pr. Co. B 101 Pa. Vol for commutation for rations while a prisoner of war…” VG…plus; Autograph Letter Signed, “E.B. French” as auditor, 1p. quarto, Treasury Department, Second Auditor’s Office, June 3, 1868, and reads in part: “…The claim for commutation of Rations received through the war office in the case of W.R.
