Signed original hand drawn political cartoon, 6-1/2" x 14-1/2", signed by "Lange '75". The current President Gerald Ford is in the Republican '76 swimming pool. Contender Ronald Reagan dives in to which Ford says, "HEY! This is supposed to be a private pool." Titled, "Put in a new pool in the backyard and see what happens!" Jim Langewas the political cartoonist for The Oklahoman newspaper for 58 years, from 1950 until 2008. Jim Lange created over 17,000 cartoons during his career.
