Mourning Ribbon, 2" 7", black border, black crepe at top, black fringe at the bottom, "In Memoriam James A. Garfield, Sept 19, 881, We Mourn our President". Very fine. This ribbon has a pinback and similar to those worn by members of an Akron Masonic lodge that formed part of the Honor Guard for President Garfield's funeral.
