A pair of commemoration medals to include; 2-1/4" chestnut-brown struck coin, beaded circle wherein standing Liberty crowns kneeling Industry, left, and Arts, right, 1876 below, IN COMMEMORATION OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY OF AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE ACT OF CONGRESS JUNE 1874 around... and on the obverse, THESE UNITED COLONIES ARE, AND OF RIGHT OUGHT TO BE, FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES around a beaded circle, kneeling Columbia beseeches a glory of rays and 13 stars above with her left hand, a sword in her right hand, 1776 below. ... plus, Shield sped medal, 2-1/2" x 3" with cross swords, scroll "Constitution of the U.S." Both are fine, housed in modern frame.
