Unique 1/6 plate tintype of a full standing young boy, perhaps 5 years old, fully uniformed holding his military hat, with lightly tinted cheeks. The tintype is sealed to a frame-style mount and IDd to C.L. Lovejoy, Philadelphia. The image has strong contrast, crisp focus.
