It continues assigning the responsibility of making the Indians aware of the laws established by the selectmen, such as: "And any Indian that shall be guilty of willfully murdering any other Indian, shall be put to death" ... "And every Indian that shall be convicted of Drunkenness shall pay a fine of Five Shillings" ... "That it shall be the duty of any person who shall take an Indian Child to bring up, to teach them to read and write and also instruct them in the principles of Christian Religion .." nd $200-$300
