Pinback 2-/12" x 5", with celluloid header "TAFT-DIAZ" from which dangles the cloth American flag (Mexican flag missing), then a second celluloid disc, "COMMITTEE, El Paso Texas, October 16, 1909 Public Safety". aft-Diaz Meeting. The meeting of presidents William Howard Taft and Porfirio Díaz in El Paso and Ciudad Juárez on October 16, 1909, the first in history between a president of the United States and a president of Mexico.
