Large, color printing 43” x 14” illustration depicts the LZ-130 Zeppelin which was featured in the July 1938 issue of Fortune Magazine. This model is the sister ship to the ill-fated Hindenburg which crashed a year earlier (the LZ-129). Unlike the Hindenburg, this model would be lifted only by helium (avoiding highly flammable hydrogen). The illustration depicts the Zeppelin making landfall, and shows the elaborate design features both internally and externally. The bottom left corner has the artist name and date “Rolf Klep ‘38." Fine, behind shrink wrap.
