An archive of 18 Wanted Postcards, each printed on both sides, 3-1/4” x5-1/2”, and sent to the Police Department of San Francisco, with dates ranging from 1907-1921. The Crime/Criminal descriptions are on the reverse and include Murder, Dope, Age Consent, Auto Theft, Kidnapping, Forgery, Dynamiting a Residence ... The race of the accused is often noted in the physical description. Seven of the Wanted Postcards have photographic images. Some have notes, all have been mailed. VG.
