War-date Confederate Autograph Letter Signed "I.M. Seixas" 1pp. octavo, November 21, 1861, addressed to General Ruggles, and reads in part: "...I regret exceedingly that I have been unable to deliver the enclosed letter from Genl. Gladdson in person, having been informed at the St. Charles Hotel, where I understood you were staying that you had rumored to a private house..." With calling card. Fine condition.
