Dutchie” 1p. quarto, Frederick County, Maryland, June 14, 1809, and reads in part: ‘...Whereas Isaac Mallonee of Frederick County aforesaid hath come into our County court held for our said County, and found sufficient Surety as well for his Clamour to prosecute for one negro Woman named Jenny and a negro boy named Harry which John Cover...hath and unjustly detains against Sureties...WE THEREFORE COMMAND YOU That the said Negro Woman and Negro Boy to the said Isaac Mallonee you cause to be replevied and delivered...” VG.
