Miniture manuscript of the Emancipation Proclamation, 3-3/3”x2-1/4”, with the full text of that historic document penned by George White who writes on the verso “Emancipation Proclamation. Written by the subscriber in his 80th year for Mrs. Anabella Cross Washington D.C. Sept. 16th 1876. George White.” A wonderful and unique item associated with one of the most important documents in American history. VG.
