c. 1865, "Victory" Patriotic Covers Collection, Lot of 3, Choice Very Fine+. Each cover measures approximately 3" x 5.25", and feature slogans or patriotic imagery printed in red and blue. Each cover is postmarked, with three-cent stamps, sent to Ohio and Massachusetts. The envelope with a slogan states "My God first, my County next, and then my Family." On the cover is an image representing God's eye, the American Flag for one's Country, and finally a house for the Family. The second cover features a heraldic eagle on an American shield. Finally the last cover shows a flowing American flag. All of the envelopes are in very fine condition and are beautiful specimens. (3 Items)
