Each section discusses: “The Council of Jewish Women greets and welcomes all Jewish girls and women and stands ready to give them friendly help, advice, or information…for this purpose a woman is stationed in every port of landing.” Lists 10 different cities (ports of entry) with names of the other groups or people in those cities associated with the New York “Council of Jewish Women” ready to help the women in distress.
