Signed CDV of Colonel George Henry Pierson, seated image, signed on the front mount. Backstamp by Moulton’s Gallery, Salem Mass. Pierson is holding his sword, his tall hat on the side table clearly shows the “5”. Pierson enlisted on 5/1/1861 he was commissioned into "A" Co. MA 5th Infantry and was mustered out on 11/16/1864 at Readville, MA. VG.
