War-date Union soldier’s Autograph Letter Signed by Josiah Fuller, 32nd Massachusetts Infantry, 2pp. quarto, Camp near Bealeton, Virginia, November 13, 1863, and reads in part: “...I don’t know what inventory William has, but one thing is certain. I will not sell him what is at home or bind myself to furnish him what at some past time was in the rooms or appears on some old inventory. I understood William he has sold him what was in the rooms now, and the privilege of the ‘stand’ to stop anyone else from occupying it...I am quite sure I did not intend to sell my negatives at all, but only the boxes...I sold Whiting some if not all of the very things he is inquiring about silver bath, suphuric acid and ammonia, and thus the things were changed, and Mr. Whiting knew it...the Negatives are not his by the bargain....” More. Fine condition.
