War-date Union soldier Autograph Letter Signed by E.B. Harvey, 4pp. quarto, Milltown, July 11, 1862, and reads in part: “... This is wholesale murder. Our administration have for fifteen months being trembling in mortal agony before a score of traitors in disguise, who sit in Congress and make conditions which could never have been applied to any man unless his fidelity to his country was questioned....” Much more. Very good condition.
