Bi-fold postal commemorative souvenir inclusive of a 20 piece stamp block and commemorative envelope. Boldly signed on the front cover in black felt tip by George W. Bush as "Best wishes / George Bush." Bi-fold card size, 11" x 9.5." The commemorative envelope includes the unique postmark of the "Presidential Inauguration / 2001 Station / Jan. 20, 2001 Washington, DC 20066." Fine condition. Ex Samuel Sutton, who was President Obama's personal valet, and who worked in such capacity in the White House under both the Obama and the George Bush administrations.
