Basher, Has permission to pass from these Headquarters to King William Co. Va. & Returning for the purpose of Business (He has taken the oath). This Pass will expire May 30, 1865. By Command of Brig. Gen. M.R. Patrick, Pro. Mar. Gen'l." Signed by Capt. C.E. Scoville of the 94th New York. Fine.
