No. 14, "Adjutant and Inspector General's Office, Richmond, [Va.], Feb. 4, 1864," reading, in part: "Exchange Notice, No. 8àall officers and men of the Vicksburg capture, who reported for duty at Enterprise, Mississippiàprior to the 14th of November 1863àare declared exchangedàall officers and men of the Vicksburg capture, belonging to the 1st Tennessee Heavy Artilleryàare declared exchangedàRo.
