Pair of two "State of New York...Debt for the Payment of Bounties to Volunteers" certificates, each 1pp. oblong folio, with nice vignette of marching soldiers going to battle, July, 1866, issued at Albany, for $5,000 each. Fine condition. Beautiful bond by National Bank Note displays Lady Liberty overseeing the troops. Cut canceled, VG.
