JAMES LOVELL (1737-1814). Delegate for Massachusetts to the Continental Congress (1777-1782); Signatory to the Articles of Confederation. Document, 12-1/2 x 7-3/4", Signed "B. Lincoln" as Collector and "James Lovell, Naval Offi.", June 8, 1795 on District of Boston and Charleston, Port of Boston. The document is vertically split with a clean and repairable separation.
