1886 & 1888-Dated, Lot of TWO. G.A.R. Commemorative Silk Ribbons, New York, Very Fine. 1. "3rd ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT S. OF V. NEW YORK DIVISION," 1886-Dated, 5.25" x 1.9", black print on cream-colored silk, some stain and wear along top and bottom edges. 2. "5th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT OF THE N.Y. STATE DIVISION S. OF V." 1888-Dated, red print on cream silk, toned with little fringing at top and bottom, 6.25" x 1.9". Both Silks are nice mementos from gatherings of Civil War New York Union soldiers. (2 items)
