War-date partly-printed official Union army pass, oblong, 8vo., "Head Quarters Second Army Corps, May 20, 1865, issued for twenty four hours to three members of the 19th Maine, reading, in part: "PASS Adjt. Geo[rge] Studley & two (2) enlisted men to Washington, D. C. and return. Good for 24 hours 10 a. m. May 20th 1865." Issued and made official by Theron E. Parson [108th New York Vols. WIA Wilderness, May 6, 1864], as assistant adjutant general. Heavy wear with old style repairs to verso, else VG.
