Two Documents Signed by William Thornburg who on 7/29/1861 was mustered into "B" Co. IN 19th Infantry. Both are 8" x 10", preprinted and filled out. The first is Certificate of Thornburg's disability, Washington, April 16th, 1862, signed the AA Surgeon, Gen'l Hospital. ... plus, The second document settles his finances, June 17, 1862.
