Binding worn, with a few small contemporary ink doodles. Contents tanned. Good. With an extra sixth gathering and no eighth gathering, therefor lacking pp.97-128. The majority of the present acts concern Alabama's contribution to the war, including conscription exemptions for iron workers, relief for soldiers' families, and military appropriations. Good insight into the war effort in Alabama and an important Confederate imprint.
