In part, Notice is hereby given that any person enrolled on the following list may appear before the Board of Enrollment ... and claim to have his name striken from the list, if he can show to the satisfaction of the Board that he is not, and will not be at the time fixed for the draft, liable to military duty on account of - 1st-Alienage, 2nd-Non-resident, 3rd Unsuitable of age, 4th Permanent physical disability. This followed by three groups, First Class, Second Class and Third Clas, below of each are the four columns of men's names. Previous folds stillsharp.
