This issue is also black mourning ruled and contains several GeorgeWashington Death reports. The conituation of henry lee’s Oration which includes the immortal words “First in war—first in peace—and first in the hearts of his countrymen,.” also a graphic showing the Washington funeral procession. plenty of death reports.
