Excellent group of NASA and space themed postal covers and cards. Includes sixty (60) covers, twenty-one (21) post cards, and six (6) photographs. Included in the covers are five (5) First Day of Issues, two of which are for the Project Mercury 4c stamp, commemorating Astronaut John Glenn’s triple orbit around the earth on February 20, 1962. The other covers are vary by subject but are mostly early 1960’s to mid 1970’s and commemorate Project Gemini; Skylab II; 10th Anniversary of the First Man in Space;Gemini Manned Flight; First Apollo Unmanned Flgiht;Apollo 17; Project Mercury;Project Mercury First Living Creature Space Flight;Little Joe 7; Apollo 16; and more. A large grouping of space pioneer postal related material.
