An authentic and complete issue of "The Pennsylvania Ledger: Or the Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, & New-Jersey Weekly Advertiser", October 28, 1775, Philadelphia, 4pp. In part, ""Since our last arrived in town, the Honorable Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Lynch, and Benjamin Harrison, Esquires, from Philadelphia, a committee from the Continental Congress…As the time for which the present army is raised will expire in 2 or 3 months, these gentlemen, with the members of the Hon.
