Richard II (6 January 1367 - c. 14 February 1400), also known as Richard of Bordeaux, was King of England from 1377 until he was deposed in 1399. English land grant given July 3rd, 1390, "Sunday after the Feast of the Apostles Peter and Paul the fourteenth year of the reign of King Richard, the Second after the Conquest" Full translation of the medieval English typewritten on back of frame. Has damaged but mostly intact seal. Document measures approximately 11" x 4" presented in frame, 14" x 8-1/2".
