In part, "In regards to the Negro Woman, of whom you speak, I will say that I do not remember when long she was sick but not as long perhaps as represented I thought at first her disease was Gonorrhea, but was mistaken. Leucorrhea was her disease when I left there ... Very Respectively, Yor Dr. S.Beaty". The original cover is present.
