Original Political Cartoon, 3-1/2" x 15", signed by the artist "Bill Dawson". A two-panel cartoon shows Senator Joseph McCarthy atop a horse, noose around his neck and about to be hanged. The sheriff asks, "Have you any last wish?" in the lower panel, McCarthy responds "Yes!. .. Will someone tell me who gave Peress his discharge?"
