Clifford Kennedy Berryman (April 2, 1869 - December 11, 1949) was a Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist with The Washington Star newspaper from 1907 to 1949. He was previously a cartoonist for The Washington Post from 1891 to 1907. An original ink cartoon signed by "C.K. Berryman", The Evening Star, Dec. 16,1935", 14-1/2" x 13-1/2", titled "162nd Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party" depicts "D.C." holding a poster of Boston Tea Party speaks to "Congress", "Throw it over 'Cap' and finish the 'Tea Party"". D.C. is referring to the pallet named ""D.C. Taxation Without Representation TEA."
