The chair is being carried by a broken done horse tagged ‘performance’ . ... plus, 8-1/2” x 12” signed by Norman Ramsey this Temperance illustration is titled “I’ll Have Mine on the Rocks”, shows a man being served a bottle of champaign onboard the ship tagged ‘USS Moderation” which is heading for the cliff tagged ‘Alcoholism’.
