Hicks...my true and lawful attorney...to sell and convey my interest in all Lands, negroes or any other property belonging to the Estate of John E. Davis Decd of which Estate I am entitled to a distributive share...” Signed by clerks F.R. Chetham and L.P. Cheatham. Fine.
